From my very first class it became clear that anyone can do these workouts at their own level. In just 2 months I had lost 7% body fat and 6 inches, and gained 13 pounds of muscle! If you stick to the nutrition plan and work hard, you will get awesome results. The group atmosphere keeps it fun, and since every day has you doing different exercises it never gets boring. For me, this is the best fitness program I have ever done!
